FAYETTEVILLE, Ga., Apr. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilith Foundation announces the release of Human Flourishing: A Field Guide with a first-ever press conference on Tuesday, April 14, from 1:00–2:00 PM at Trilith LIVE in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Media are invited to RSVP at info@trilithfoundation.org. Space is limited.

"If you live a better life, you tell a better story. And when we commit to being well, doing good, and doing it together, we create cultures where people don't just succeed — they flourish," said Dan Cathy, Board Chairman, Trilith Foundation.

Human Flourishing: A Field Guide arrives ahead of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, offering a research-grounded, practical framework for living with greater meaning, health, and connection. Built around the vision of "Be Well. Do Good. Together.", the guide draws on the Global Flourishing Study, conducted by the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University, Baylor University's Institute for Global Human Flourishing, Gallup, and the Center for Open Science and featured in The New York Times and Nature. The Global Flourishing Study is one of the most comprehensive scientific examinations of human wellbeing ever conducted, spanning more than 200,000 individuals across 22 countries.
