Upscale casual restaurant to mark opening with ribbon-cutting, champagne christening and donation to local nonprofit
Plano, TX (RestaurantNews.com) J. Alexander’s, the premier dining destination known for its wood-fired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and refined hospitality, continues its Lone Star State expansion with the debut of its newest location in Plano on Monday, Jan. 26.
Located at 3980 Dallas Parkway, the festivities will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and champagne christening at 3:30 p.m., before welcoming guests into the restaurant at 4 p.m. As part of its introduction to the community, the brand will also make a donation to Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization providing hope to children and families affected by child abuse.

Guests in Plano will soon be able to enjoy a menu centered on elevated American fare, complemented by an extensive wine list and handcrafted cocktails. Offerings include prime rib, hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, sushi, sandwiches and signature dishes such as the Thai Kai Chicken Salad, Steak Maui and Avocado Bomb. Every detail is designed to deliver a polished yet approachable dining experience.

J. Alexander’s in Plano will operate Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. This will be the concept’s 39th location systemwide and only location in North Texas so far.
